At **Luna Socks**, we aim to make every purchase as seamless as possible. To this end, **shipping is free on orders of two or more pairs of socks**. For orders of a single pair, standard shipping rates apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Due to the unique, customized nature of our products, **all personalized socks are non-returnable and non-refundable**, except in cases where items arrive with manufacturing defects or damage.

Each pair of personalized socks from Luna Socks is crafted based on the specific design, images, and preferences provided by the customer. Because these items are custom-made, they cannot be resold, repurposed, or returned to inventory. This policy upholds the integrity of our high-quality standards and respects the exclusivity of each custom order.

We encourage customers to double-check personalization details before finalizing orders to ensure satisfaction with the final product. However, if a defect or damage is found, please reach out to us within 14 of receipt, and we will gladly assist in arranging a replacement or addressing any quality concerns.
